The Solo Female Traveler Network started as a Facebook group for our founder to keep all her favorite travel friends in one place and to build a community of women who share her love of solo travel.

Soon the group blew up with women from around the world who wanted the same thing - to feel understood for what some call a less conventional lifestyle, friends who talk about travel, and a network of women to encourage each other in tough travel times.

After a couple years when our members asked for a group tour, our founder took her travel industry experience to create the first ever Meetup Tour. It was to Bali in May 2018 and 17 travelers joined for a trip so incredible that it ended in matching tattoos!

Over 5 years later, we are still a small team who aim to create the most amazing and even life-changing experiences for women who dream of travel.

We’ll open a private group in The Network so you can see who your fellow travelers will be and make any extra plans together.

A professional matchmaker and psychologist designed our roommate matching quiz that aims to pair you with your best match.

We’ll pick you up from the airport

Our driver will whisk you away from the airport and straight to our beautiful hotel to meet the rest of your group for a welcome dinner.
