In Kathmandu's Durbar Square, we sit down with a former Kumari, a girl chosen in childhood to serve as Nepal’s living goddess before eventually returning to ordinary life. She shares what that experience was actually like in her own words.

🛺 Rickshaw Ride Through Kathmandu

Ride through the busy streets of Ason Market by rickshaw, weaving through local markets, temples, motorbikes, and everyday life in the heart of Kathmandu.

⛵ Hike to the World Peace Pagoda

Cross Pokhara’s lake by boat before hiking up to the World Peace Pagoda, with panoramic views of the Annapurna range waiting at the top.

🚡 Cable Car Ride Above the Himalayas

Take a cable car up to Sarangkot, then hike along the ridge toward Kaskikot with views of the snow-capped Himalayas the entire way.

🏹 Bhutanese Archery Experience

Try Bhutan’s national sport at a local archery range in Thimphu with guidance from local instructors.

🐯 Tiger’s Nest Monastery

Hike to Bhutan’s iconic cliffside monastery sitting at 3,120 meters above sea level, followed by a traditional Bhutanese hot stone bath afterward.
