Egypt in May!

Our Egypt Meetup Tour is back on with a few incredible itinerary changes that make this tour even more incredible. We are still visiting all the temples, mummies, tombs, and sites as before, but instead of a cruise down the Nile with a boat full of tourists (which is beautiful but we wanted to do better), we are staying at some of the most friendly local places serving up the best food and warm Egyptian hospitality. More on that below.

Meanwhile, here are a few reasons why this May is a great time to go:☀️ The weather is beautiful. ⚱️It’s less crowded.👋🏽 Our guide, Sam, is extra excited to meet you.

Whats new?

You’ll see a side of Egyptian culture that most travelers will never get to experience. From sleeping under the stars on a felucca on the Nile, staying in a local countryside hotel, to dancing to the beat of the drums in a Nubian Village our new itinerary will give you travel stories for years to come.

Sleep on the Nile River

After a day of sailing up the famous Nile River, we will watch the sun set before docking our boat to sit around a fire while our crew plays the drums and cooks us a Nubian feast! Cuddle up on the felucca and get some sleep before the sun rises in a cotton candy sky.

Countryside Hotel

Tucked away in a local’s nook of Luxor, you will be greeted by smiling locals and waving kids as you make your way to this little hotel. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable, the grounds are gorgeous, and the food is some of the best we’ve ever had in Egypt.

Stay in a Nubian Village

Learn all about Nubian culture straight from the women who are our hosts in a guesthouse right on the Nile. From the incredible food, to the cute baby goats that will roam around in the morning, there isn’t a thing you won’t love about this experience.
